Introducing our new line of Premium Bright Aluminum Scales! These have been tumbled in walnut media to achieve a bright finish similar to our Bright Aluminum rings. They are made of 3000 series Aluminum alloy which is different than our Bright Aluminum rings, and we have not seen any Black ruboff that may sometimes occur with other Aluminum alloys. We hope you love them!

Large Scales - use with 16SWG 5/16" ID rings
Medium Scales - use with 18SWG 1/4" ID rings
Small Scales - use with 18SWG 3/16" ID rings
Approximately 2 rings are required for each scale, depending on your design.
As this is a completely new product line of ours, if you don't see a color or size listed it's either because we haven't made it yet or we ran out of one we already made. Once our stocking levels are sufficient we may also offer these in much larger bulk amounts like 500ct or 1000ct
Large Scales - Dimensions are 1.41"x7/8" with a 0.35" hole for mounting
Medium Scales - Dimensions are 1.1"x0.7" with a 0.285" hole for mounting
Small Scales - Dimensions are 7/8"x9/16" with a 0.22" hole for mounting
Large Scales - Coverage area is approximately 300 scales per square foot
Medium Scales - Coverage area is approximately 600-700 scales per square foot
Small Scales - Coverage area is approximately 1000 scales per square foot

Not a single bad scale!
I have completed a set of pauldrons, using all but 19 of the 400ish scales I have purchased and every single scale has been of the highest quality I have used. The hole on every single one has been centered and without burrs. The scales have a lovely matte shine to them. Highly recommend the scales for any project you have in mind!

I have to admit, I don't have a lot of experience with scales, but from what I've seen these are great ones on the market at a good price. You can never go wrong with Chainmail Joe!

Only reason I have given a five star is I haven't yet used them on my project . I expect that they will be as excellent as your rings are.
