Introducing our new line of Premium Anodized Aluminum Scales! These scales have been anodized after being formed, so they are anodized and colored on every edge. The only contact marks on the Premium Anodized scales are on the inside of the holes from how we mount them on our specialized Anodizing equipment, and are not visible on finished Scale Mail. We are making all of these ourselves in relatively small and efficient batches to keep quality high and prices as low as possible. We hope to expand our offerings of these Scales to at least as many colors as we have in our Anodized Aluminum ring category as we "scale" up. These are made of a slightly different Aluminum Alloy than our Anodized Aluminum rings are, but the colors and finish should all be comparable to our ring colors! We hope you love them!

NOTE: Color shade may also vary slightly from batch to batch, so be sure to order plenty for what you need for a single project at a time!
Large Scales - use with 16SWG 5/16" ID rings
Medium Scales - use with 18SWG 1/4" ID rings
Small Scales - use with 18SWG 3/16" ID rings
Approximately 2 rings are required for each scale, depending on your design.
As this is a completely new product line of ours, if you don't see a color or size listed it's either because we haven't made it yet or we ran out of one we already made. Once our stocking levels are sufficient we may also offer these in much larger bulk amounts like 500ct or 1000ct.
Large Scales - Dimensions are 1.41"x7/8" with a 0.35" hole for mounting
Medium Scales - Dimensions are 1.1"x0.7" with a 0.285" hole for mounting
Small Scales - Dimensions are 7/8"x9/16" with a 0.22" hole for mounting
Large Scales - Coverage area is approximately 300 scales per square foot
Medium Scales - Coverage area is approximately 600-700 scales per square foot
Small Scales - Coverage area is approximately 1000 scales per square foot
